About the W.K. Kellogg Foundation
The mission of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation supports children, families, and communities as they strengthen and create conditions that propel vulnerable children to achieve success as individuals and as contributors to the larger community and society. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) is among the largest philanthropic foundations in the U.S. As legally separate entities, Kellogg Company has no influence on the Foundation’s activities, programs or initiatives. WKKF receives its income primarily from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust, and the Trust is Kellogg Company’s largest shareowner. In 2020, Kellogg stock was approximately 55% of the Trust’s portfolio, and Kellogg Company paid more than USD $145 million in dividends to the Trust to fund the Foundation’s work.
