W.K. Kellogg’s values are foundational to the company Kellogg has become and how we serve society today
W.K. Kellogg was a 20th century Renaissance man. He set out to discover a healthier alternative to the heavy breakfasts people ate in the early 1900s and created a global cereal industry. He saw the value of plant-based foods and protecting our environment long before others and put a great deal of land into conservation for future generations. He was passionate about helping others and donated nearly all his personal wealth to create the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Through the activities of our company and brands, we’ll engage people in advocating on behalf of children facing hunger, ensuring an ethical supply chain and supporting diversity and inclusion. We’ll support the passion our employees have for volunteering in their communities, and we’ll continue providing wellbeing education so people can make informed food choices.
